Can’t say enough good things about this company. The owner Paul is very responsive and diligent. His customer service staff are very courteous and professional. I had several chandeliers hung and new install. The electricians, Joshua and Ryan were so professional and polite. They did a great job. Paul arranged drywall repair to the ceiling and The gentleman he sent; John, was also extremely professional and polite, did an excellent job and left the area looking like new. All in all, a great A+ experience. I never write reviews, but I really felt the need to do so in this case.

Had an issue where outlets and lights were out in a small portion of the house. Contacted several companies on a and HR Phoenix were the only ones who answered my call and got me on the schedule. The electrician arrived and was able to get the issue diagnosed and repaired in an hour. Electrician was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely be calling HR Phoenix for assistance in the future.

Not only did he know how to handle the most difficult issues with the installation, he couldn't have been better helping me understand what he was doing. Our chandelier fell out of the ceiling. I went onto Angie’s list to search for an electrician. HR got my information and called me immediately. They were very professional and Chris did a great job of communicating with me throughout the process. He even shortened the chain of my light when he hung it so I didn’t have to zip tie it up. It was 100.00 more than the quoted price, but worth every penny. I would use them again!

Tyler and his assistant were awesome! They arrived on time and went right to work. Because of the age of the fixture, there were some setbacks but Tyler didn’t flinch. The electrician came out and I showed her the electrical issues we were having. Our home was built in 1994 and we purchased it five years ago. As we change items and upgrade others, the electrical system was just starting to show a couple of issues that needed attention for my families safety. One of the outlet boxes in the kitchen had only one plug working and there was a different lose box as well. Really not a big issue. The hall bathroom had a intermittent switch which happened a few months ago. The call went out two days ago because the day before I was hooking a stereo up in my daughters room and the strip we were using arched. The fan stopped and lights blinked. I called and scheduled them to come out. The next day came and the electrician was on time. Within three hours all the issues were identified and installed and a future project was identified. Overall, I feel we got great service from a very competent electrician. If the rest of HR Phoenix's electricians are as thorough as she was you will be in good hands. Ask for Melanie.

For safety reasons our home needed a new electric panel and a few other items. Angi recommended HR Phoenix. They responded quickly and Paul Rylee was quick to inspect the project. Because of code requirement upgrades the project estimate was more money than expected. I decided to use this company because Mr. Rylee knew his business and understood exactly what would be needed. Ira the electrician was very knowledgeable and did a clean very thorough installation in a timely manner. I would recommend this company for an electric panel upgrade.
